SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.)

Custom or bulk orders may require additional time and upon receipt of the order you will be notified via email with an estimated agreed upon delivery timeline. Flat rate shipping is $10 (within the US) with free shipping on all orders over $65.00. We use UPS, USPS and FedEx  for shipping..

If local within 30 minutes of Athens, AL, you can pick up your item(s) at the Athens Florist located at 105 S Clinton Street Athens, AL 35611

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY 

Thank you for shopping with Flirty Flame Candle Co LLC.  We want you yo be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.  Please contact us using the contact form at bottom of page and we will reach out to you within 24 hours. Refunds are issued on a case by case basis.  Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of product to discuss any issues.  No refunds will be issued for improper use of product. If product is defective we will replace the item.  We reserve the right to ask for the item back for inspection.  Gift cards and clearance items are not refundable.  If a refund is deemed necessary it will be processed to your original form of payment or a gift card/voucher towards next purchase. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless otherwise stated.
